No Sleep, No Problem: My Favorite Under-Eye Treatments

Unfortunately getting enough sleep just isn’t an option when you own two fitness studios.  Fortunately, you can fake a well-rested look with some great under-eye treatments.  Here are my top picks:

Trish McEvoy Instant Solutions Triangle of Light Eye Mask ($68.00): This eye mask can be used as the first step in a 2-part process to eliminate dark circles and puffiness.  First, apply the eye masks under each eye with the triangle pointing down.  Next, use the triangles to trace Instant Eye Lift on the skin and pat in with a brush.  You’ll want to check out the video link below.

Trish McEvoy Instant Eye Lift ($39.00):  Ok.  This stuff is amazing.  If you have dark circles, fine lines, or puffiness this stuff makes the skin around your eyes look lifted and lighter.  Use it after the Triangle of Light Eye Mask—check out this video tutorial.  A

Trish McEvoy ‘Beauty Booster’ Advanced Repair Retinol Eye Cream ($125.50):  Expensive, yes.  Worth it, yes!  After using this every day until the bottle was empty, I saw a noticeable change in dark circles.  Like they were gone.

Retinol Eye Cream

Trish McEvoy ‘Beauty Booster’ Eye Serum ($98.50):  I was advised to use this serum along with the retinol cream for additional moisture to the under-eye skin.  This was really good advice because just using the retinol cream did dry out my skin under the eye.  If you’re going to use the retinol cream pair it with the eye serum for best results.

Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber Gel Mask ($52.00):  I took this gel mask to the beach with me last week.  I just put a thin layer underneath each eye and loved the cooling effect as well as pretty much instant de-puffing results.

Looking for a more-rested appearance.  I use all of these products regularly and they work—especially when I’ve been teaching a lot at 6:00 AM.  Let me know what you think!

Until then, stay on your toes!
